Welcome,

At The Pilates Sanctuary, I’m dedicated to empowering people through accessible, inclusive Pilates—no matter your shape, size, age, or ability.

 

Living by the sea and woods with my beautiful family, I’m inspired by nature and love integrating it into my practice. I offer mixed-ability Pilates classes across Southend-on-Sea, teaching in various studios and creating a warm, welcoming space for all. I also host Pilates and mindfulness sessions in nature—on the beach and at Belfairs Woods—where we enhance our practice by connecting with the natural world. 

 

I am pre- and post-natal trained and currently deepening my expertise to provide specialized care in women’s health.

MIXED ABILITY

In our mixed-ability Pilates class, everyone is welcome, whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience. You'll work at your own pace with options for different levels, allowing you to build strength, improve flexibility, and develop core stability. Beginners can focus on mastering the fundamentals, while intermediate practitioners can challenge themselves with more advanced variations. With clear guidance and modifications, this class ensures that everyone, regardless of fitness level, feels supported and gets the most out of their practice.

RESTORATIVE PILATES

I am taking my Tuesday morning beach class into a beautiful studio opposite the beach, offering the same calming energy indoors. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a slower, more mindful practice. We’ll focus on gentle Pilates movements, incorporating breathwork and relaxation to help you reconnect with your body. Ideal if you're recovering from an injury, post-natal, or simply seeking a peaceful way to build strength and flexibility. Expect a supportive, nurturing environment where you can move with intention and leave feeling refreshed and balanced.

Exercising outside deepens the connection between body and mind, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized. It’s a beautiful way to experience Pilates in nature.
